Claims Process and SLA
The claims process typically takes 10-14 business days (Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays are not counted as business days) after all required documents are received by the insurance provider. The claims system offers two methods:
For claims using the cashless system, participants can seek treatment at hospitals or clinics that are partnered with the insurance provider. In this case, participants are usually required to bring their insurance membership card. During the payment process, the card will be swiped or scanned to cover the expenses.
If participants seek treatment at hospitals or clinics that are not partnered with the insurance provider and pay for the expenses out-of-pocket, they can file for a reimbursement claim by submitting the required documents.
