A Day of Challenges and Gratitude: Health Insurance Saves the Day

On August 13th, a day that started with challenges as both my mother and child fell ill unexpectedly. Despite their previous good health, they required immediate medical attention. Thanks to having health insurance, they were promptly admitted to a top-tier hospital room without the need for a down payment. The room was spacious, fully equipped, and felt like staying in a hotel. After five days of receiving excellent care and enjoying delicious meals, they were discharged. The total bill amounted to 33 million, fully covered by the insurance. Additionally, we received meal vouchers worth 650,000 per day, totaling 3,250,000 for five days, which we used to enjoy meals from the hospital's canteen and partnered brands like Bakmi GM, Bebek Kaleyo, and Burger King. The ease of claim process and the additional vouchers provided by Prudential were greatly appreciated.
